Cancellation
• A valid card is required to book.
• All appointments require 24 hour notice.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the service total.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
• Mobile appointments are subject to travel time and setup; please be ready at your scheduled time.
• Weather, group bookings, and special events are subject to separate policies outlined in your service agreement.
